Washington Jesuit Academy is a Jesuit middle school located in the United States of America in Washington, DC. It was founded in 2001. Washington Jesuit Academy is a Catholic school formed under the Jesuits and operated according to Jesuit educational principles. It is a tuition-free middle school offering quality education to disadvantaged boys in the 6th, 7th & 8th grades. Their mission is to educate academically talented adolescent boys from low-income families, regardless of religious denomination, providing for them a disciplined, rigorous learning environment. The current President of WJA is Mr. William B. Whitaker.
